We've rebuilt the front end of Club Supporter from the ground up using a modern UI framework, its still your brand, your badge, your clubs but the result: cleaner screens, faster pages and a more consistent feel everywhere you click.
Not everyone in every club plays a sport. Bar members & social members being two examples. They all need managing, but they're not "teams" in the same sense. Now you can keep them properly separate and we'll be building new features to support both.
Every team has a story. Now it has somewhere to live. Team Galleries let you build up a photographic history for each squad — season by season, tournament by tournament.
Teams end — squads age up, sides fold, projects end. You no longer have to delete them to keep your club tidy. Archive a team and it's tucked away, but every photo, player and bit of history stays exactly where you left it.
Up to now, a "player" basically meant "someone with a subscription." That's been quietly limiting what we could build for you. So we've separated the two — and it opens the door to a lot more.
Lots of clubs offer a deal for families with multiple children at the club. Doing it manually is fiddly and error-prone. You can now configure family discounts once, and we'll apply them automatically when a family signs up and adjust if one leaves. This is available to clubs on our Performance Plan.
Two image slots per player: a clean headshot and a full-body pose. Shoot them against a clean and clear background and we'll automatically remove the background ready for use on player cards and lots of new features just around the corner.
We've a added some more bulk actions for clubs who are on our Performance Plan so things can get done just that little bit quicker.
By popular demand we've sorted out the status filters in "My Club Subscriptions" — they now behave the way you'd expect them to — and added new filters for Discount and Supplements. Finding the exact set of members you're looking for should now be that little bit easier.
Do you have "season fees" and get some members signing up later and trying to avoid paying their way? Smart Payments address this by allowing you to define the period they should have paid for. Once set, if they sign up late, we'll divide what they owe by the remaining months.
