This policy (together with our end-user licence agreement as set out at www.clubsupporter.co.uk/terms-conditions (EULA) and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA, together our Terms of Use) applies to your use of:
Club Supporter website and mobile application software (App), once you have downloaded a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device (Device), collectively known as Services.
Any of the services accessible through the App (Services) that are available on the App Site or other sites of ours (Services Sites), unless the EULA states that a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, in which case that privacy policy only applies.
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you (the Data Subject), or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of accessing the Services, the Data Processor is Club Supporter Limited. We are registered with the Information Commisioner’s Office (ICO) and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How we use your Information
Club Supporter Limited operates membership and subscription services on behalf of a club or society, and as such, your information may be shared with that club or society.
Unless in exceptional circumstances as described below, we do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to Third Parties.

provide notifications, updates and membership services on behalf of the club or society
administer your account and provide a personalised experienced including: remembering your login information,
comply with any legal obligations,
notify you of changes to our services or terms,
improve our services,
monitor aggregate usage metrics, including number of users, time accessed and features used.
We store the following personal data:
email address
name
mobile number (optional)
IP address
date of birth
Disclosure of you Information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

enforce or apply the EULA, Our Terms of Use, terms and conditions of supply and other agreements or to investigate potential breaches; or
protect the rights, property or safety of Club Supporter Limited our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Cookies
When you use our Service, we use cookies and record your IP address to help us monitor your usage of the site and improve your experience. A cookie is a small file placed on your hard disk, and does not access any other personal information.

Data Security
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers, and encrypted. Data is hosted in the UK, in ISO 27001 certified data centres.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Retention of Data
We retain your personal data whilst you are using are our services. Your personal data is deleted from our servers when you close your account.
Changes
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by SMS OR by e-mail OR when you next start the App or log onto one of the Services Sites. The new terms may be displayed on-screen and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of the App or the Services.
Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
