Issue full or partial refunds for event and membership payments. This new feature gives club admins a way to handle a refund for the whole payment or only part of it.
Refunds need to be enabled in Club Supporter and GoCardless before these controls can be used.
Pay-as-you-play sessions allows clubs to run sessions where payment is only taken when you turn up - this is especially common in younger age sessions where attendance is more relaxed.
Our flexible PAYP feature allows clubs to hook a PAYP based team or group into training or match events. Payment are triggered when the player/member is marked present in the register.
You can even bolt and PAYP cost on to a team or group with a standard subs payment. Eg players play x a month subs and they pay y for each game they play.
Linking accounts allows the person who subscribes to share that person with someone else. The most common scenario is a Mother sharing a child with their father or vice versa. When shared either parent can view their events, respond and join the relevant chat.
Security wise they are fully seperated accounts no sharing passwords! With both parents added hopefully someone remembers to add the attendance!
